OUR HISTORY:

CWA Federal Construction, LLC is an award-winning, HUB certified, licensed and bonded general contractor located in Waco, Texas.

CWA Federal Construction was organized as a subsidiary of CWA Construction Inc. in

1998 to fill a need expressed by some of

our clients for a more accountable construction process.

The Thomas family took the reins in 2021 with little or no modification of the management or policies of the company with assurance that the company was going to sustain the reputation and standing that CWA Construction Inc. has managed to build for many years. Their sheer dedication and experience in the construction industry proven by many satisfied customers and completed projects.

We provide design/build, construction management, and general construction services.

Our construction philosophy is to provide completed projects in accordance with the plans and specifications within established budgets and schedules.

We believe the ultimate success of a project is relationship based and depends upon complete communication and cooperation between the owner, the design team, and the construction team.

PERSONNEL:

Offices and yard are maintained at 1609 Columbus, Suite D, Waco, Texas. Our office staff consists of a licensed engineer, three estimator/project managers, an office manager, and an administrative assistant.

Our full-time field personnel consists of (5) five superintendents, an assistant superintendent, (2) two carpenter foremen, a driver/expeditor, and several other carpenters and laborers. Additional personnel are added as needed.
